La tenuta

L'azienda di famiglia è stata fondata nel 1888 a Hautvillers, il luogo stesso in cui Dom Pérignon ha concepito lo champagne. Nel corso delle generazioni, la Maison ha fatto tesoro del suo know-how ancestrale per produrre vini con le caratteristiche e gli aromi specifici che lo rendono uno champagne unico. Gastvrouw was bijzonder vriendelijk, fijne en uitgebreide rondleiding gekregen met ruimte voor al onze vragen. Daarna nog 3 heerlijke totaal verschillende champagnes geproeft. Een leuk en smakelijk uurtje!

Nous avons découvert cette maison grâce au site et avons donc réservé. Vraiment pas déçus ! C'était une très jolie activité qui nous a beaucoup plu. Tout était accessible et intéressant. Ils maitrisent le sujet, ce qui apporte un côté réellement divertissant à la dégustation.

Activité réalisée en famille, on a beaucoup apprécié le fait que ce soit un petit domaine, ce qui a rendu le moment agréable. La visite était très complète. Un moment convivial avec un bon temps d’échange constructif. Je recommande.

Consiglio questa visita per due motivi: il pressoir antico e' magnifico e la gentilezza di Sabine. Lo champagne e' veramente buono, 20.000 bottiglie nel cuore di Hautvillier. Da visitare sanza esitazioni!
