La tenuta

L'origine del nome del cru risale al 7 giugno 1289, quando Edoardo I, allora re degli inglesi e dell'Aquitania, fissò il confine tra Pomerol e Saint-Emilion sul torrente "Tailhayat".
La tenuta fu acquistata da Philippe Nebout nel 1932 ed è oggi gestita dai suoi eredi. Seguendo le orme del padre, Luc Nebout gestisce la tenuta dal ... vedere di più

Wonderful family run vineyard

We enjoyed the tour with our very informative host. It was lovely to hear about the family involvement in all aspects of the production and wine making. The vertical tasting was great and we bought a bottle of the 2016 vintage which the four of us then enjoyed over dinner. It was superb! I highly recommend this tour and tasting.

Nous avons été superbement bien reçus dans ce petit domaine de la famille Nebout : une visite simple, très croustillante et très intéressante, suivie d’une dégustation de 3 millésimes dont un magnifique Pomerol de 2016. Il y’a même un petit coin dessin pour déguster tranquillement sans (trop) se soucier de ses enfants !Nous repartons évidemment avec quelques bouteilles et un excellent souvenir.Merci encore !

Avons eu la chance d'avoir une visite privée pour notre groupe de 3. Un des propriétaires nous a fournis une très belle.visote avec de bonnes informations. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la visite.... et le vin que nous avons acheté quelques bouteilles et plus à venir. Merci du ?

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and tasting given privately by the co-owner. An interesting and detailed presentation of the history, area, and wine making process. The selection of wines for a comparative vertical tasting experience was outstanding and we look forward to receiving our shipment back home!

Une très belle expérience à partir du vignoble, ensuite le chais pour finir avec une dégustation des vins du Château. Nous avons reçu une explication passionnée sur des techniques utilisées pour obtenir leur très exquis vins de Pomerol.
Excellent visit

We were welcomed into the vineyard and winery and given a short history. We looked at the vines (about two weeks away from harvesting) and given a detailed explanation of the vinification process. We sampled two wines, 2018 and 2008 to show the difference in structures and how time affects the ageing process, improving with age to produce a delicate fine red….allowing us to make a purchase afterwards!!

Nous sommes un couple avec un enfant de 8 ans . Nous venons de faire la visite au château de Tailhas. C’était vraiment très intéressant ; des explications claires et enrichissantes dans un cadre magnifique. Le vin délicieux. Merci beaucoup!
