La tenuta

Nel 1927, Hachod Fringhian, nonno di Charlotte Morgain Le Gallais, ottenne il Clos du Château de Boursault, che da tempo apparteneva a Madame Veuve Clicquot.
Cinque generazioni dopo, Charlotte gestisce parte della tenuta: 7 parcelle con caratteristiche proprie, nella tenuta di famiglia che domina la valle della Marna.

La visite s'est avérée instructive et a permis de mieux comprendre l'écosystème du vin de champagne dans la région champenoise ainsi que son influence économique et sociale locale. Accueil agréable, attention portée à notre visite même si nous n'étions que deux clients. Le contenu de la production vinicole et la dégustation ont été très plaisants. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le caractère familial et local de votre entreprise.Un seul regret sur la météorologie du jour, impondérable avec lequel il faut composer pour cette activité. Continuer ainsi !
Disappointed..

We were promised a great tour of the castle, and the vineyards, well nothing happened. Maybe it was because of the bad weather but if that was the case, they could have lowered the prices because we did not get what was promised in the offer. We visited the family's cellar, saw a few tanks and that's it, end of tour. It was a good expérience because the location is beautiful but I was disappointed as I had high hopes. I would not recommend this tour.

Accueil chaleureux dans un domaine familial. La taille modeste des caves est largement compensée par le caractère instructif de la visite qui nous a permis de découvrir le procédé de vinification dans un cadre idyllique et pittoresque.
Perfect tour

This tour is a must do. In the most beautiful location, you really learn how champagne is made. Our tour guide (Justine) was so welcoming and knowledgeable and the location was perfect. We saw the vineyards, cellar, original castle and of course wonderful wine tasting. This tour was much better than the standard wine tasting on Avenue de Champagne. It's a must do

Een mooie kleine Champagne boer die alles zelf doet op 5 hectare. We hebben een rondleiding in een kleine groep gehad, veel aandacht om op onze vragen in te gaan en daarna heerlijke Champagne’s geproefd zonder toegevoegde suikers!

Visite intéressante malheureusement, nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de visiter les caves de vieillissement comme annoncé dans la description de l’activité. Les champagnes sont très intéressants. Beaucoup de recherche pour proposer des champagnes différents.
