Château de Minière

J'ai beaucoup apprécié, l'accord vins-fromage est une bonne idée.

Très bien, juste qqs petits commentaires à noter. Une visite du chais aurait été complémentaire. Le vin certes très bon est un peu cher. Un petit cadeau de première visite (verre à vin aurait été apprécié ). Un beau lieu de pique nique nous a été indiqué, merci.

Spent a relaxing afternoon here. We started with a solo stroll to look at the vineyards and chateau, then sat at an outside table for winetasting. All was great.We booked a tour and tasting tour and I had been under the impression this would include a guided tour of the vineyards and chateau rather than just wandering around by ourselves. I was trying to work out the difference betweent the self-guided and guided tour (they seemed the same but perhaps the difference was the number of wines offered in the tasting)? A bit of clarity around the product description would be helpful. Regardless we really enjoyed our time and the lovely wines!

Un cadre exceptionnel et magnifiquement mis en valeur. Belle aventure sur un domaine entièrement féminin. Laissez vous guider par votre hôte lors de la dégustation des vins et discutez librement pendant la visite. Je recommande vivement.

C'était vraiment une très bonne expérience, le repas était très bon et les vins ont ravi le tout ! Je recommande !

Nous avons commencé par la dégustation, les vins étaient vraiment très bons et ça a été un super moment de partage ! Nous avons ensuite fait la visite, que je recommanderais peut-être moins, ou alors de commencer par celle-ci, car elle fut un peu brève, mais le domaine reste joli à voir.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis au domaine, la visite s'est très bien passée, c'était très intéressant. Les vins étaient super bons et parfois surprenant, nous en avons ramené quelques bouteilles !

Superbe expérience !! Accueil chaleureux dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent moment lors de la visite du domaine du Château de Minière. Le pique-nique était délicieux avec une dégustation des vins au-delà de nos attentes ! Un grand bravo !!

We arrived a bit late but were still welcomed which was nice. We sat outside the cellar door for our tasting. There was meant to be a tour of the house but as we were late, we may have missed this? The staff members was lovely and friendly. But it was just a tasting, nothing else. No explanation of the terroir or the wine making process. Though the staff member was friendly, she was still learning as an intern. This is a big winery which from our experience, comes with a big winery service, nothing personable. We bought wine and still needed to pay ten euro each for the tasting. Not worth it especially when the same or similar money gets you a tour of the caves and/or explanation of the wine making process and appellations from someone with the knowledge.
