The distillery

Located on lands of Grande Champagne, the exploitation Le Logie de Brée is situated at the heart of the history of the double distillation. Indeed, our old wine storehouse used to be a dependence of the Chevalier de la Croix Maron's house which was, according to the legend, at the origin of the double distillation.

Je recommande fortement. Accueil par Cécile très agréable. Une visite de cette maison locale très interessante. Et pour finir, une dégustation qui éveille vos papilles. Je recommande vivement ! Ps: le vin Sauvignon est excellent.

Everything was perfect, just two of us and Cécile took the time to show us around all aspects of the Cognac making process, answering all our questions and explaining everything very clearly. We really appreciated her expertise and willingness to share so much information, it was a real pleasure. And of course the tasting was wonderful ?
